First Game: A very scrawny 16 year old roped in to playing for the second team by my uncle "Mike Noke" first game of rugby 'period' against Blandford Seconds. Game was s--t but social side got my attention I've never looked back.

Best Moment: Any time we beat Ellingham!!! Getting "Most Improved Player" twice(????) at End of Season Dinner.

Worst Moment: Too many to mention!!!

About me: I started playing for Fordingbridge in 1989 playing alongside the likes of Steve Godden, Tony O'Connell, Bernie Francis and Dave Gogin to name a few. A great start to my drinking career . Training was not very well attended at this point and I would turn up every Tuesday along with Dean Burt and Marcus Noke only to do mauling practice because Tony and Bernie were the only senior players there, and I'm still awful at it!!! After my first season of rugby I briefly left Fordingbridge to play for Salisbury Colts alongside people of my own age and "size" this helped my drinking immensely and improved my rugby a bit! Luckily while still at Salisbury a place on one of the amazing Fordingbridge tours came available so I took the slot and returned to playing at the Bridge soon after , and I've been here ever since. Second XV Captain 2005/2006.
